actually, I haven't been able to get a straight answer from Oracle Sales Reps about licencing. 5 Years ago we evaluated the posibilitty of using Oracle but we couldn't get the pricing so we decided to use SQL Server instead.
Bill's post is the first straight answer I've got.
Oracle even has it's own organization to explain prices <g>
