Thanks for stepping in. I'm not sure that what I want to do is possible. After testing a few things I realized that what I really need to do is to be able to run a report while at the same time have it open as a table in order to change the attributes(the memo fields such as fontface) at the same time.

Not possible!! I guess I'll have to come up with an entirely different approach. Thanks anyway.
