Download the MM.NET Infragistics library from Oakleaf. It doesn't come as part of of the standard MM.NET installation but on the MM.NET download page you'll see a link to the Infragistics (and DevExpress, Telerik) libraries.

Then use mmUltraGrid or whatever suits, it'll have the expected properties. Well I think so. See the Dev guide under "Third party components"
