I just had a very interesting debuging session with my colleague and the problem is solved. As a matter of fact, there wasn't realy any problem. I just was misled by the value I that is displayed in the "Local" output window of the debugger. When you look at the value there (ItemArray [0] for example), only the date part is displayed, although the type is DateTime, but looking a bit further also the hour, minutes and seconds are filled in.

So my mistake ! But still many thanks for the replies !!
