Check rep2excel download here. OLE excel automation class provided there
can write precisely individual cells using 3D positioning scheme(nSheet,nRow,nCol), in let say predefined template and then save it to new file. This can be done very easy coding wise, (see samples there) but speed might be problematic. (OLE used)

Perhaps guys/gals here will come up with some good samples that sport transferring data to excel via clipboard or delimited txt files. That would be faster.
