I am new to Client/server deployment.
Earlier I used to MAP the Server Drive/Folder on Client PC. Storing server path in INI file, I could find the EXE there & copy if newer file is present.

1) How to store Database Link on Client PC?
2) How to update the EXE as Server drive is not Mapped on Client PC?

Please point me to a reliable info. source.
