I just checked the KB and there are no listings for RightToLeft, and this is consistent with my experience which is hearing nothing like this from any of my customers in the Middle East.

I know that the version of Windows you use matters. What version and what localization of Windows are you using? RightToLeft only works on properly installed versions of Middle-Eastern localized Windows....
