Background:
Application for monitoring schedules for 1000+ employee's that are constantly changing. Main office contains central databases with 10+ coordinators. 10 remote offices with 2-8 coordinators each. 10+ field coordinators. All offices running 8-9 hours per day, 5 days per week. Subset of field coordinators running 24/7

Each office has databases on site that are synchronizing with Main Office Central Databases every 30 seconds. Field Coordinators laptops contain database that is synchronizing on demand (1-3 times per day)

9 databases total that have insert, update, and delete triggers capturing all evnets into one of the databases which in turn is used for synchronization.

(reason for each office and field coordinators to have own DBC's is lack of availability to be connected on internet at all times.)

Application is functional (while being further developed) and so far minimal hic-cups. Using Hamachi services to provide the transfer of information by means of XML packets being passed from remote sites to Central Office. Overall been satisfied with performance and reliability.

Question:
Since this has only been running a few weeks now, there is the question in company minds about the accuracy of the synchrozing of the Databases from each remote office to the central office. Is there any product available that can compare each Database table by table and field by field to capture any changes?

If there is nothing presently available, looking for suggestions in building some utility to accomplish this.
