Just thought I would share the things that have made my working with a laptop more comfortable. I'm at coffee shops or hotels a lot, so with lots of research and a little trial-and-error, these are what work best for me. I also work at home sitting on the couch so I made a simple lap desk out of a 12" x 24" thin hardwood board, with a section of a styrofoam piece glued underneath that adds tilt and is comfortable on my legs. Works great. I'll send pics if anyone is interested. Too big to carry around, but great for the house.
Would be curious what others have found for themselves too.
