Sorry for appearing to ignore you, I've been somewhat preoccupied...
Focusing on customer experience does seem a good idea. ;-)
But I agree with Mike B: if you can find a niche and fill it, all the worrying about tools you use or change tracking or IP addresses and all the rest of it is as nothing.
