It's much better. Lasted about 6 months and slowly faded. When I'm tired it shows in my eye and corner of the mouth. They kind of twist together a bit. If I yawn hard, then I'll still get an Elvis snarl that lasts for a few seconds or so. No ear pain anymore though - that was the most severe pain I've ever felt. I would just sit at work with tears coming down my face. And my ear hurt too! <g>
