Recently I had to redo the setup program of one of my apps. so it can work with vista. There was no need to make many changes but:

1.- I used SQL Server 2005 Express (SP2), the installation was smooth. No need to make changes there.

2.- In VFP I changed some DLLs that were being copied to the Windows\System32 folder to Program Files\Common Files\My Application Folder, also some startup configuration files were moved there.

My application doesn't write to the program folder (it's all done to SQL Server) so If your application writes data locally you may have to make some other changes.

HTH,

Enmanuel

I'm a mixture of Albert Einstein and Arnold Schwarzenegger. The only trouble is that I got Einstein's body and Schwarzenegger's brain
