Hello all,

I have just created my first Virtual machine with VMware. If VMware
does what it says it does.. this will be really fun.
I have installed SQL server on the virtual machine and created an
drive to contain 40 Gigs of data. What is the best way to move data
from one instance of SQL Server to another? Is it replication? I haven't
read enough on replication to say that it is. We have about 20 Databases
and I can do a restore, but it will take time. I just need to know if
replication is the way or not.
