I collide with the strange problem. My screens I use by Scroll bar property, Border style = 3(sizable) and it works fine in Windows 2000 and XP, when appearance property –"Windows Classic". But if property was defined "Windows XP", Scroll bar property does not work and scroll bar does not appears on the whole.
Also many of colors properties do not work.

How Can I solve this problem?
