Axosoft's OnTime bug tracking software is done in .NET.

http://www.axosoft.com/products/ontime.aspx

I have been using it for my development team since 2005 and we are happy with it. They have both a WinForms and Web UI.

Kemma Software's Bridge Trak Help Desk system is also written in .NET.

OnTime's UI much more polished though.

Both offer versions for a download eval. In fact, last time I checked, OnTime was free for single developer shops.
