Axosoft's OnTime bug tracking software is done in .NET.
http://www.axosoft.com/products/ontime.aspxI have been using it for my development team since 2005 and we are happy with it. They have both a WinForms and Web UI.
Kemma Software's Bridge Trak Help Desk system is also written in .NET.
OnTime's UI much more polished though.
Both offer versions for a download eval. In fact, last time I checked, OnTime was free for single developer shops.

>If this is indeed the case, it is quite worrying.. it would indicate to me that perhaps DOT NET is not up to it...maybe its not developed yet to such an extent that it is stable enough, fast enough. robust enough etc to comfotably exist in a commercail environment.
