Hi Bill.

The only problem with ProgramData is that while it's read-write for the user that creates the folder, it's read-only for other users (unless you change folder permissions). Also, the folder doesn't even show up in Windows Explorer unless you change folder options (which may not be a problem since your app can still find it).
