Yeah, I would go for that. What I would really like to happen is for fine across the board to increase substantially. I will speed to work knowing there is a tiny risk that I will get a 50 dollar fine, but if there were a tiny risk I would get a 200 dollar fine then you better believe I would rethink it.

Hit 'em in the pocketbook, and put the extra proceeds to good use.
