I would like to use a listbox like a pick list in that each item in the list would be preceeded by a number or letter. When the user enters <3> from the keyboard I would like item 3 selected without the user then having to then press . I can make the list with an array - but I can't get rid of the keystroke.

I used to get this behavior in FoxDOS by SET CONFIRM OFF. Any ideas?
