I have a hard time finding why the prison is a good place for pot smokers. Do you feel threatened by them so you need them behind bars to protect yourself? (Look! He's smoking pot! Run for your life!) Going into rehab maybe, but prison is out of proportion for the "crime" commited IMHO.
