We have a VFP6 system that every 6 months or so creates a subfolder for the current season. The system uses MD to make the directory.

On a Windows Server 2003 network using Active Directory we are now getting problems. The user that created the folder can use the VFP6.exe to perform all the other tasks but every other user gets "File Access Denied". The network supervisor assures us that all permissions are inherited for subfolders but obviously something is wrong. We have worked around this problem up to now but it is getting more difficult and we would like to know what is going on & how we can solve the problem.

Any thoughts appreciated.

TIA
John
