Hi all

I purchased a new computer a few months ago that has been giving me exception errors when closing down some programs. The computer is an AMD dual core Athlon 3800+ cpu with 2g of ram. The exception error I get is the following:

"The exception unknown software exception (0xe06d7363) occurred in the application at location 0x7c812a5b."

I get this error closing quick books and windows media player. With McAfee update and quicktime I get the same noise but no error message. My assumption is this must be a windows problem since it happens with different applications.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
