Well, in the past, you equated functionally identical with identical.

I just did a search and couldn't find that exact phrase, except for me stating that I don't recall using those exact words.

Here's something I said to you last year....

"I don't believe I've ever said that SPs are always best, 100 percent of the time. If I ever did say those EXACT words, I'll gladly recant and reclarify. But I advocate them as the best starting point. If there are valid reasons to do otherwise with net benefits, fine"

And I stand by that. (and btw, I know people who think i'm "moderate" because I don't say their best, 100% of the time). Beyond that, any time investment in this specific conversation is a complete waste of time.
