I'm pretty careful about using terms like "a lot of people agree with me". But you and I both know that the majority of people on the UT who have built apps in both VFP and .NET are generally strong proponents of SPs. On average, I speak at a community event at least once a month, meeting people from different backgrounds working on different types of apps, and most actively use stored procs.
