When I try to load the tools into the toolbar, I receive the following error:

'Could not load file or assembly 'DevExpress.Utils.v7.1, Version=7.1.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=79868b8147b5eae4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.'

I have DevExpress v.7.1.3 installed.
