Yes, I work in an office, but the users of my system have no communication with me unless they lock themselves out of their account, or have technical problems, or whatnot. I do not notify my users when I am out, as they will be redirected to the proper support person.
We are lucky the Michel participates the way he does on this forum. He could easily just sit in the background, answer the occasional support call, and collect the subscription fees.
For some reason you feel some sense of entitlement over and above the users I support.
