The better way is my second suggestion in one of my previous messages. But it's a bit more complex, so it will require some reading and a trial/error approach.

Of course, you may play with different interval for Sleep. Also you need to instruct your users to save changes in Excel.

I haven't played much yesterday with the code I posted, it still may fail in some situations, you may need to test it thoroughly.
