This height = 100
this width = 200

If I want to increase my window ( height or width ) , all functions well.
If I want to decrease my window ( height or width ) it is impossible
if height < 100 ( initial value )
if with < 200 ( initial value )

Form . minheight = - 1
Form . maxheight = - 1

What happend ?
