I've checked, and the output by Registry class is correct, while SQLDrivers missed few drivers such as

23 INTERSOLV 3.00 32-BIT ParadoxFile (*.db)
24 INTERSOLV 3.11 32-BIT ParadoxFile (*.db)

Perhaps because they are not SQL Drivers.
