Is it possible to determine who is "using" a table when the table is shared on a network? Say we need to perform a PACK or some other maintenence that requires exclusive use of the file, but some user has it open so we can't get exclusive possession of it. Is there a way to determine which user has it open?

I have a "shutdown other users" function in my app but I'd like to do something a little less severe.
