What are you going on about? The example you cited is NOTHING to do with Victor's "heart-breaking" anecdote. In his case the poor guy should have been given welfare - not sent to gaol for the rest of his life (just cos it was his 3rd strike). In the case you cited the 2 guys should have been taken out and summarily shot in the gonads, had a spike shoved up their jacksies, and left there to bleed to death, FIRST STRIKE!
