There's a bit of difference between just bias and dirty propaganda. The first I can stand, the latter gives me a mental rash, regardless of the prefix.

And even better, the byproduct is just plain water. Now if they'd manage to harness solar energy to make hydrogen+oxygen mix out of sea water, that'd kill at least two birds with one stone.
