If you mean the code Yuri showed in this particular thread, I do not see the Save of the Word document file in this code, I see only printing part. I think in order to manipulate the document with Ole Automation we need to have an actual word file on disk.

Or may be you refer to some other threads, which I didn't yet try to find.
