I don't believe this, maybe with some qualifiers like

Large Enterprise's with DBA's

How many people here on the UT use SP more than occasionally??

Actually, I see it not only in places with DBAs...but also in shops with 3-4 developers without a formal DBA, and it's DBA by committee.
