You can try a couple of things here.

1. One is to delete all the files created by the setup wizard and rebuild your setup from scratch.

2. Make sure you have the latest setup wizard. Look in the VFP Owners area for new wizards.

3. Try building the setup disks on a SLOWER machine. Yes slower machine. Every once and a while the compression program that the setup wizard uses gets messed up on faster machines.
