http://www.politika.co.yu/ ), which still takes good care of grammar, and they actually have lectors who take care of that. Any error that the lectors catch goes against the reporter's pay, and any that they miss goes double against theirs ;).

I think he just reads the newspaper as he always did. He's a PhD in linguistics, and is fairly famous, a college professor, not sure whether he's an Academy member. Then he probably takes note if something offends his language sense, and then just sends an email to the editor-in-chief.
On a sidenote, there's no specific word for editor-in-chief in Serbian - it's "glavni i odgovorni urednik" (the main and responsible editor), but an abbreviation from this - glodur - has become one. It's easy to remember, because "glodar" means "rodent".
