They told her that one more day's delay would probably, and two days certainly, would have been fatal. Fortunately, other than the memory there was no long term effect.

FL fire ants are red while in TX they are black. I wasn't worried because I didn't see any red ants. I didn't feel the bites and was driving when the attack hit. I knew what it was and was able to get off the road. As I was walking to phone for help I fainted and woke up once while the cop was trying to talk to me, once in the ambulance, and finally in the emergency room. I, too, was lucky in the sense that these were common enough occurances that the medical staff knew exactly how to treat it.

>There are many versions of the words to the Mexican song “La Cucaracha”. It the original version it refers to a cockroach. In another version it refers to a woman who lived during the Mexican Revolution, and serviced many men in the camps of Poncho Villa. She is said to have had “many legs” in the song. That version is full of double meanings.

Well I don't know the words; all I know is it's an annoying car horn melody from the 80s! :-)
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
