Source control is what most people would suggest, personally its a PITA for a one man show, but does the job. My suggestion would to build a backup routine attached to a project hook. When you compile it would create a zip file of all files and name it with incremental uniq name.

>Stupid, but I overwrote some code in a file and want it back like it was an hour ago. No backup from an hour ago and the BAK file is too recent. Are there any utilities like you have on a network to see versions of files? Or, once overwritten, gone for good?
