Thanks for the "tightening up" of the code. My "old bad habits" from dBase still try to creep in every once in awhile.

I had been having trouble getting the Word document to open and then performing a SaveAs, but apparently I got it whipped. I have very limited experience in Word, so this whole project has been near toture! However, I have learned a ton, and the client is happy. (Read "happy" as "paying the invoice"!)
