I work for a government agency and we collect newspaper clippings for internal use.
right now a secretary scans the clippings every day and bundles them into a pdf or a multipage tiff file every day. then emails those files to interested people.
I am working on a project which keeps track of contacts events speeches etc...
for this it would be great to link a certain newspaper article to an event (especially if the review is positiv!!! :-)

What would be a better (best) way to publish this stuff? html in a wconnect app on the LAN with email links to the interested folks?
RSS? (are therea ny white papers on how to publish RSS?) If I remember correctly Rick Borup did a session about it a whle back??[Update] found the paper http://www.ita-software.com/papers/Borup_RSS.htm
