From what you say, I presume the two foxtools.fll's are in the app's directories. I understand the foxtools.fll is in your path, but it really sounds like it's grabbing the wrong one.

If they aren't already, I suggest the fox3 and fox5 foxtools.fll's are copied into their respective directories.

I'm not a VFP5 guru, but - from what I've seen - the foxtools library does not get registered.
