Thks Joel;
I hope they include XPS creation API wrappers for usage with VFP before Sedna is finalised. Since this is relatively new technology that is now natively built in Vista and is set to become standard it would be nice if VFP was properly 'equiped' to harness all that document creation power.

I never understood why they never wanted to give us possibility to programmaticly create reports via simple set of writing/drawing VFP commands (reporting primitives).
PDF library(ies) and later XFRX scripts filled up that gap for me, but I wld hv preferred much more if this was natively doable in VFP.

This with introduction of XPS portable format could be good chance to 'make up for it' by introducing XPS document creation toolset into VFP before Sedna is all closed up.
I also think that VFP with business apps widely spread all over the world can be very good 'promoter' of XPS in competition to Adobe's PDF standard just as we now promote PDF format in meny cases/apps due to past lack of equally effective (portable) document format from MS.

Up to then PDF works just fine for me ;)
