What has happened is the version of your activeX control embedded in the form different than the one on your machine. Did you just install a service pack or some other type of package ???

The way to fox this is to go into the SCX or VCX file directly find the record that represents the control, look in the method Memo field and copy the code to another file(this is if you have put any code into the objects events). Delete the record. Open the form re-add the control. Go back into the SCX/VCX directly and put your method code back.

This should work as it has for me many times in the past.
