I was irritated that certain products we use had no Vista version but they have all since been released eg; VMWare for Vista. I have frustrations with various things which are all related to new security features. But we have had no hangups or hardware failures so far. Have you run the Lenova updates?

Yes, I've run System Update numerous times hoping that there would be some updated drivers for the Thinkpad T61, but no luck. Other than a few updates, nothing has made it work any better. I just got through rebooting from a blue screen that happened while I was reading email. I had just booted up and went into Firefox and a few seconds later, blue screen!

There have been a number of people registering their complaints with this particular model on www.notebookreview.com

I'm going to be switching to another Vista laptop so I'll be in a better position to compare this laptop with Vista to the other one.
