I think I learned that good class design takes time and a great deal of thought. And of course occasionally I may have to take the easy way out and use instance programming even though I will probably pay for it in the long run.

I learned a lot, too. It's good to remember that there are always several ways to accomplish what you want and you should always start a program/form/class with pencil & paper so you design it correctly.
