You probably mean my download #9546 which I don't use myself, and there's a disclaimer at its end that relying on instantiation order may be hazardous to your health (specially peace of mind).

While the builder will work, any cut/paste or send-to-back/front operation in the editor will disturb the instantiation order, so whatever the builder builds can be rebuilt differently anytime. In this particular case, I'd rather go with Hugo's suggestion - if it works for him, should work everywhere.
