That's a useful technique, but...

The picture property value is cFileName so that should only work if he wrote the memo field out to a file first.

From looking at the help file just setting PictureVal to the memo field looks like it should work. I've never tried it. However, if he needs to resize or adjust the image in anyway he'll need to put the picture in a container and use the backstyle_access technique.
