You can forcibly close files manually
>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>shared folders>Open Files
And then 'kill them' one by one there :)
That is if you are on server machine;
You can do it also from netw PC with sufficient rights by connecting
to server machine first and then doing it in the same way as you would kill locally open file.
