Before deleting and starting again, you might make a copy of the files, then open the frx as a table. As difficult as it may be, scanning through the records to see if something is duplicated (accidently got undeleted) then delete it.

Does this happen to other reports as well? If so, create a new simple report and test it. If it prints 2 copies, try a fresh install of VFP.
