Thanks for the reply Doug. I have tracked this a little further. My orginal report was misleading. Here is what I have discovered.

Create a form
Add two or more buttons to the form
Under the first button write a bit of code in the click method.
Move to the second button, right click and open the click method.
At this point I find the code that is under the first button.
This is because the object combo box does not advance to the new button when it is right clicked.
Instead the object remains focussed at button one until it is manually moved.
I ain't skeert of nuttin eh?
