MS isn't the only culprit. My pet peeve is backup software (you DON'T want to get me going on this). Basic idea - copy data from one medium to another. How hard can that be? But over my 20+ years of pro support you wouldn't BELIEVE how many new and innovative ways backup software companies have found to f*#?k up.
